I am a curious person and can become easily bored with repetition. I love exploring new ideas and techniques and have found that discoveries in one media often spill over into another. I dislike labels. I am an artist.
My primary focus in recent years has been art created with textiles, art reusing and reinventing time honored techniques enhanced by the addition of new art materials and techniques. Art journaling, book making and jewelry making are relatively new pursuits. Work with acrylic and watercolour paints have ebbed and flowed throughout my art career. Clothing design and ‘wearable art’ will always be a creative outlet.
I invite you to browse, to enjoy or critique. I appreciate feedback.
I have recently discovered the fun of creating small books and art journals to complement my more ambitious art work.
